Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Support professional to help maintain the highest standards of care across our five care homes. Working alongside the Quality Manager, you'll travel between services carrying out audits, supporting managers, monitoring compliance, and ensuring every home remains inspection-ready.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in health or social care who has a passion for quality improvement, governance, and delivering outstanding, person-centred care for older people and those living with dementia.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting quality assurance audits against CQC standards.
Supporting managers with governance, compliance, and audit programmes.
Maintaining inspection-ready documentation and governance files.
Monitoring action plans and driving continuous improvement.
Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve quality.
Providing practical support and coaching to managers across all services.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in health or social care.
A good understanding of CQC regulations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Confidence using Microsoft Office.
A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as regular travel between our Nottingham and Peterborough homes is an essential part of the role.
Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, governance, or CQC inspections would be advantageous.
