AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners & landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK.
We have a vacancy for the role of a Cleaner to join our team. The role will be based at The Colonnades in Croydon.
Pay: £12.71 an hour
Hours: 28 hrs per week, Sunday to Wednesday, 7am to 12 noon THEN 4pm to 6pm (SPLIT SHIFTS)
As a Cleaner you will need to undertake the cleaning of the Shopping Park in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and specific tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule and patrol matrix.
Your duties will include the following:

Car park and service yard cleaning - including the manoevering of heavy, industrial bins.

Litter pick common areas, car park, shop fronts, landscaping, service yard. Sweep curb edges.
Standards

Maintain high cleaning standards at all times.

Follow all health and safety procedures and site guidelines.

Report any issues, damages, or hazards to the supervisor or management team.

Have previous cleaning experience
