Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join one of our busy and successful branches.

- In possession of a full UK driving licence
- Available to work Saturdays (with a day off during the week where applicable)
Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Generating offers and negotiating sales between buyers and sellers
- Booking market appraisals and supporting our valuers
- Building strong relationships with clients and generating repeat business
- Following up enquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records
- General office administration and compliance duties
