Registered Nurse – Complex Care
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential complex care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in assisted living, home care, or similar healthcare environments, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
Location: High Littleton - Bristol
Shifts: 12 hour days and 12 hour nights
Duties
- Deliver tailored nursing care and support within the client’s home.
- Monitor and manage seizures, ensuring appropriate interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
- Support with daily living activities and personal care as required.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Skills & Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification and valid registration.
- Experience in complex care.
- Ability to provide care for non-verbal and visually impaired clients.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal methods).
- Compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including full days during school holidays.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare support preferred.
