We are a small independent veterinary practice who takes pride in our continuation of care. You will be working in our advanced in diagnostics first opinion practice using in-house Idexx lab, digital radiography, ultrasound scanner and fully equiped surgical theatre.
- You will be expected to be confident with sole charge general practice work, emergency cases, imaging, making plans for the patient's care and providing excellent customer service for their owners.
- The work is a mixture of consults and surgeries, working on most days side by side with another experienced surgeon, and a team of 3 nurses and 2 receptionists.
- 20 mins consult slots
- operations are booked with care to avoid overbooking
- No out of hours work
- Practice opening hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-19:00; Sat 09:00-13:00; Sunday: Closed.
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00-13:00) would be included in the rota
- We can be flexible with the hours for the right candidate.
- VDS , RCVS membership and CPD allowance covered by the practice;
You will play an important role in ensuring our customers and their pets are kept happy and healthy and there is no better job than that!
