There is strong potential for career progression within our team, making this an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the hospitality industry.

- Manage stock levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Handle card transactions accurately, with basic math and POS system proficiency.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver timely and seamless service.
- Foster a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Experience & Skills

- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene best practices is a plus.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, especially during busy periods.
- Background in restaurants, bars, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Why Join Us?
- Work in a culturally rich and stimulating venue at the heart of the Barbican.
- No late-night finishes—rarely beyond midnight.
- Taxi home provided if finishing later than 12:00.
