Chef de Partie – Glen Clova Estate
Are you passionate about great food and looking to take the next step in your culinary career? Glen Clova Estate is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in one of Scotland's most stunning locations.
Working alongside our Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our hotel guests, weddings, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment while working with high-quality local produce.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of your kitchen section.
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team.
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Managing stock levels, checking deliveries, and reducing waste.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding service for guests, weddings, and events.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to progress.
- A passion for food and hospitality.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
