I am seeking a dedicated Part-time Barber

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.
The applicant must be fully qualified ans have at least 3 years shop floor experience
Responsibilities
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaving and styling tailored to individual client preferences
- Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer styling advice when appropriate
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with salon policies
- Stay updated with current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently in English
- Customer service skills that foster positive client relationships
- Knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively during busy periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£51,015.50 per year
