Delivery Driver – Self-Employed | Flexible Routes | Weekly Pay
Looking for flexible delivery work where you choose when you provide your services?
H2O Logistics Ltd is looking for self-employed Delivery Drivers to provide delivery services to our organisation. Whether you’re already an experienced courier or looking to get started in delivery work, this is an opportunity to provide services independently, with flexible route availability and weekly payment for completed services.
No previous delivery experience is required. If you hold a valid driving licence, can drive a suitable van and have a reliable, professional approach, we provide onboarding and support to help you get started.
What you can earn
Standard Route – approximately 9 hours
£178.55 per completed route
£214.26 including VAT, where applicable
Fuel reimbursed
Large Van Route – approximately 9 hours
£194.80 per completed route
£233.76 including VAT, where applicable
Fuel reimbursed
Induction – 3 days
£137.70 per day
£165.24 including VAT, where applicable
Why provide services with H2O Logistics?
Choose when you provide your services
You can choose the days on which you wish to provide services, subject to route availability and a maximum of 6 consecutive days in line with health & safety requirements.
Weekly payment
Invoice weekly for completed routes and receive weekly payments in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Work independently
Provide your services on a self-employed basis and manage your own working arrangements, subject to the requirements of the services and individual client routes.
Opportunities to increase earnings
Additional incentives may be available for high-quality and efficient delivery services.
Vehicle flexibility
Use your own suitable van (minimum 5m³), or source a vehicle through a vehicle provider, including H2O Logistics’ vehicle provider.
Work with multiple clients
You may provide self-employed services to multiple end-user clients of H2O Logistics, giving you the flexibility to build your own portfolio of service arrangements.
Referral opportunity
Our referral scheme gives you the opportunity to earn additional income by referring individuals who subsequently provide services to H2O Logistics, subject to the applicable scheme terms.
What you’ll need
- A valid UK or EU driving licence
- Ability to drive a short-wheelbase van of at least 5m³
- A smartphone with GPS/navigation capability
- Good communication and time-management skills
- A reliable and professional approach to providing delivery services

Self-employed status
This opportunity is offered on a self-employed, independent contractor basis. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance obligations and for determining how you provide the services, subject to the requirements of the relevant client and service arrangement.
There is no obligation to accept or provide services on any particular day, and you may provide services to other clients. Where permitted by the relevant client requirements, you may arrange for a suitably qualified substitute to perform the services.
Payments are made for completed services in accordance with the applicable service arrangement and following submission of the relevant invoice.
