Location: [Insert City/Area - e.g., London / Remote & On-site]
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £500 – £600/month retainer + Daily camp rates + Uncapped expansion bonuses
About Us
At ActiveEdge Sports Group, we deliver high-quality, high-energy holiday camp provisions that children love and parents trust. We currently operate two thriving holiday camps serving over 150 children per day during peak summer periods.
Both of our settings are Ofsted Registered (Early Years Register, 3+ years) and were graded Outstanding in their most recent inspections. We pride ourselves on creating safe, engaging, and memorable experiences—and now we are looking for an ambitious leader to help take us to the next level.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Holiday Camp Manager on a part-time basis to oversee operations, elevate our camp experience, and drive our expansion strategy.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role. Between school holidays, you will work remotely (~5 hours per week) focusing on systems, compliance, activities, and setting up new camp venues. During camp execution periods, you will lead delivery on-site. Your core mission will be helping us scale our provision from two camps to three, four, five, and beyond.
