Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team.
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
Days: 3–4 days per week, including weekdays and weekends
Hours: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Evening work: No evenings
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organised pot wash area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Wash and clean all pans, trays and kitchen equipment
- Operate and clean the dishwasher and monitor cleaning liquids
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Complete all tasks set by management to a high standard
- Complete and sign cleaning schedules
- Empty, change and dispose of bins safely
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and polish cutlery and glassware
- Assist with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Carry out any additional duties required by management
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You should be comfortable working as part of a busy team and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
