Responsibilities
- Perform tasks on site with handtools
- general labouring helping with trades
- Use hand tools and power tools for construction, repair, and maintenance activities
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up for various projects
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and ensure proper maintenance is carried out
- Support team members in executing construction tasks related to outdoor projects
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure working environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of site safety protocols and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour tasks over extended periods
- Relevant certifications or training in construction or horticulture are advantageous but not essential
