We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant who can take full ownership of our client onboarding and system delivery pipeline. You aren't just configuring software; you are guiding clients through digital transformation. You will serve as the strategic bridge between complex technical requirements and business success, acting as the ultimate champion for the client's operational goals in a room full of developers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery Ownership: Lead full-lifecycle software deployments from initial scoping and discovery through to configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Process Mapping & Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to translate client workflows into tailored software configurations, custom fields, and automated business processes.
- Data & Integration Management: Oversee clean data migrations and validate system integrations alongside our technical engineering team.
- Client Training & Change Management: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for system administrators and end-users to drive high software adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidently present implementation milestones, manage scope, and resolve technical blockers with client leadership and internal teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in software implementation, technical consulting, SaaS onboarding, or business analysis within B2B environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with software workflow design, system configuration, data mapping (Excel/SQL), and API integrations.
- Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location & Flexibility: Must be based in or within commutable distance of Liverpool, UK, with a willingness to embrace our flexible hybrid working model.
- Mindset: Pragmatic and client-focused. You know how to balance rigorous technical accuracy with delivering immediate value to the end user.
Pay: £40,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
