An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning, long-established, independent letting agency.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our busy local team. This is an important role within the business, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing a professional and welcoming service to landlords, tenants and contractors.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied range of administrative and office-based duties, including:
Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Responding to emails and general correspondence.
Providing administrative support to the lettings team.
Maintaining accurate property and customer records.
Arranging appointments, inspections and general diary management.
Preparing and processing paperwork and documents.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other professional contacts.
Assisting with the day-to-day running and organisation of the office.
Carrying out general office administration and other duties as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident and professional when dealing with people over the telephone.
Friendly, approachable and able to provide excellent customer service.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy office environment.
Reliable, professional and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Previous office administration, property, or customer service experience is preferred.
Keen to learn and develop a career within the property industry.
Training & Development
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a career within the property sector.
