Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Usher to join the team at Century Cinema. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a positive cinema experience, and maintaining a high standard of guest services. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Provide information about film schedules, facilities, and amenities
- Monitor cinema auditoriums to ensure guest safety and comfort during screenings
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas, including lobbies and corridors
- Manage guest queries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support management with daily operations, including ticketing and crowd control during busy periods
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required
