I’m currently recruiting for a highly regarded, award-winning law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kendal.
This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters, gain excellent client exposure and build a long-term career within a supportive and progressive team.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload across a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:
- Landlord & Tenant
- Commercial and residential development
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- High-value transactional work
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation
- Providing commercial advice and guidance to clients
- Building and developing client relationships
- Working collaboratively with other teams across the firm
You’ll work with a diverse client base including investors, lenders, developers, entrepreneurs and estate owners, giving you exposure to high-quality and commercially focused work.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- NQ+ experience in Commercial Property
- Ideally completed a Commercial Property seat during training
- Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- An interest in business development and networking
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
