Head Waitress / Supervisor
Losh Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced and confident Head Waitress / Supervisor to join our front-of-house team in Harpenden.
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, maintain high service standards and help manage a busy restaurant floor.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Minimum 2 years’ waitering experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Confident running a busy restaurant floor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to lead, organise and support other members of the team
- Professional, well-presented and reliable
- Comfortable dealing with customers and resolving issues during service
- Able to work well under pressure
- Friday and Saturday availability is essential
- Must be flexible with working hours
The Role
You will work closely with management to ensure each service runs smoothly. Responsibilities include supervising the front-of-house team, allocating sections, maintaining service standards, assisting with staff training, dealing with customer queries and helping ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for service.
