Job Title: Warehouse Production & Packing Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our friendly, predominantly female team in a clean and well-organised warehouse environment.
In this varied role, you will be trained to help operate our printing and cutting machines while also playing a key part in our packing and dispatch process. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Learn to operate printing and cutting machines safely and efficiently to ensure a smooth production flow.
- Assembly & Hand-Finishing: Glue support stands onto cardboard signs and monitor overall production quality.
- Packing & Shipping: Carefully pack finished products and create accurate shipping labels for dispatch.
- Warehouse Care: Maintain clean, organised work areas and meet daily production targets.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to get orders out the door.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse or the print industry is a plus, but not essential.
- Good manual dexterity (for gluing and packing) and strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Hours & Overtime
- Standard hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Occasional evening and weekend overtime may be available to meet peak demand.
