We are seeking a dedicated External Cleaning Operative to join our team. The majority or work is cleaning windows, wash down of buildings, gutters & jet washing.
Working 38 hour week would give you £25, 865 year salary, in addition you get an annual bonus, potential overtime, PAID for uniform, you drive a vehicle or get picked up, along with 3% pension contribution. In total, with NON CASH PERKS this works out at around £28,500 per year BEFORE any bonus.
The ideal candidate must hold a Full valid Driving License and be 21 or over for Insurance reasons.
No other experience is necessary (but those currently in the job please reach out for a conversation). You will need to be physically fit and happy to work outside in all weathers.
Must be reliable, trustworthy and willing to start early (start time usually between 5:30 & 6:30am) and on occasion work away. On average working away is around 10 to 15 nights per year.
Duties include but not limited to
- Window & gutter cleaning
- Jet washing paths, driveways & walkways
- Clean flat roofs, stairs and canopies
- Must pass Enhanced DBS check, along with a Police vetting check
- Not afraid of heights
Skills
- Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong customer service skills to interact with colleagues and clients
- Must be able to drive
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail
- Good timekeeper
Salary is based on working Monday to Friday 38 hour's a week. After 38 hours overtime is paid at time quarter and time half on a Saturday.
