Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and reliable Painters & Decorators to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint, and other finishes to both interior surfaces, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion of paints and finishes
- Applying paint, and other decorative coatings with precision and care
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with additional construction painting tasks as required on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles
- Driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation between sites
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety procedures

Pay: £160.00-£180.00 per hour
