Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for managing food production and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist the head chef in planning and executing daily menus, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, including training new team members and managing shifts effectively.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
