We’re looking for four enthusiastic and reliable Premises Officers to become a vital part of our school communities. This is a hands-on and rewarding role where no two days are the same — from maintaining our buildings and grounds to supporting events and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school sites. Full Time | 36 Hours Per Week | Grade E | 4 posts
Based at a Designated School within Mersey View Learning Trust

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
Ensuring the security and safety of school premises
Monitoring heating, lighting, alarms and site systems
Supporting deliveries, porterage and room setups
Helping maintain clean, safe and welcoming facilities
Acting as a Fire Marshall and supporting health & safety compliance
Working closely with contractors, staff and community users
Supporting school events and after-hours activities.
