We are looking for an experienced and friendly professional to fill a Pharmacy Dispenser or Tech position in our company. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring the safe and accurate handling of medications, and will also be responsible for dispensing prescriptions to patients as well as educating and preparing them for the prescribed treatment. The right candidate will have a professionally recognised qualification and will possess expertise in drug preparation and dispensing.
Responsibilities:
- Speak clearly and professionally to patients.
- Know all the medications your pharmacy carries.
- Be able to communicate with other health care professionals if you have a question about a prescription.
- Be able to work under pressure and as part of a team in a busy environment
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greenock PA15 4NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- pharmacy dispensing: 1 year (preferred)
