We’re looking for Bank Team members to join our team on a Bank Team basis – perfect for those looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role around their studies.
As a Bank Team member at Sweet Peas you will have a very similar role to those of our Early Years Educators, minus the responsibility of Key Children.

Main responsibilities
- Safeguarding all children within the nursery to ensure their well-being and safety.
- Maintaining high standards in our learning environment to support continuous development.
- Fostering effective communication and involvement in children's learning and well-being.
- Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's skill development and progression.
- Work well as part of a team, following our routines and systems to ensure all children are given the opportunity to thrive.
Qualifications, skills & experience:
- Experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with children, families, and team
- Ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and drive positive outcomes.

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
