Ardent Property Limited is fast-expanding maintenance company based in East London and operating across the capital.
We have a great position available for a Multi-Trader to join our expanding property maintenance company, covering central London, zones 1-3.
***We're seeking candidates with their own vehicle. We will cover all costs. eg. Diesel, Parking, etc.***
You will undertake general and remedial repairs as part of a planned maintenance programme, across a wide range of multi-skilled disciplines.
This is a 'mobile' role and you will be undertaking several (mostly small) jobs a day, and some larger projects. You could be in Knightsbridge in the morning, Soho at midday and Islington in the afternoon.
***The ideal candidate will have some experience fitting Kitchens & Bathrooms***
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Handyman tasks (changing taps, blinds, door handles, silicone, etc.)
- 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry (ideally including kitchen installation)
- General Plumbing
- Tiling & regrouting
- Basic electrics (changing light switches, transformers, etc.
- Minor Painting and Decorating
- Installing appliances (washing machines, electric hobs, integrated fridges, etc)

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Multi-Trader
- Good communication skills
- Trustworthy
- Professional, with good time keeping
- Presentable appearance
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- A clean driving licence
- A basic knowledge of email and calendars and Whatsapp
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £210.00-£220.00 per day
Expected hours: 45 per week
