Pay: £92 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting Learning Mentors to join a specialist SEMH school in Guildford.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both in and out of the classroom.
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and trust
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Assisting pupils to access learning and participate in school life
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to meet individual needs
- Helping to create a safe, structured and supportive environment for pupils to thrive
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEND, behavioural needs, or additional needs
- A calm, resilient and patient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing
- A genuine passion for making a difference in young people's lives
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school's remote location
Experience gained within education, youth work, residential care, support work, coaching, or mental health settings would be highly desirable.
