What’s the Role?
As the Heating and Plumbing Manager, you’ll be supporting our Malvern branch, with responsibilities that include:
- Driving Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and grow our customer base.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return time and time again.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Business Growth: Identify new opportunities to expand the branch’s footprint in the market.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of plumbing and heating supplies (preferred but not essential).
