We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. If successful you will help us deliver our usual warm welcome to our guests, leading the team through our busy weekend trade, quieter "cleaning" days, and those moments that catch us unaware .
This role, even as a Supervisor, encompasses everything Front of House; you will be a server, a food & drinks runner, you'll offer table service, get involved with our social profiles, all whilst ensuring that the day-to-day running of the business is happening in the background. You will be shift leader in the absence of our management team, so motivating the team to perform, handling customer complaints & enquiries , and securing the building as a key-holder will be required.
As a Supervisor, being the face of the business, you will definitely get to know our local crowd, and as long as they approve, you'll go far!
About you:
You create a warm welcome to any & all guests, making every first impression count, chatty but not too much. You are dependable, flexible and able to adjust yourself to suit any environment, occasion, or scenario. Able to lead, whilst working alongside the team, and be confident with it. An all rounder, preferably with cellar and barista training, but we can work on that...
