Job: Quality Controller
Reporting to: Quality Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Quality Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all products meet legal, quality, and safety standards.
This role plays a key part in protecting our employees, customers, and brand reputation by supporting continuous improvement and ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and carry out quality assurance checks in line with the Quality Management System
- Identify and action non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and reporting findings to the Quality Manager
- Write and manage non-conformance reports for quality incidents
- Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through regular inspections
- Ensure accurate completion of all quality documentation and record any non-conformities
- Carry out quality inspections and sampling of finished products
- Inspect and sample raw materials and components as directed by the Supply Team
- Verify compliance with Weights and Measures legislation
- Liaise closely with production supervisors and operators regarding product quality
- Perform data entry and maintain quality records
- Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities

Skills & Experience
