Dalkia UK are looking for a Project Administrator to join our PFI contract team in the Manchester area. This is a hybrid role with expectations to work from our office in Trafford Park a couple of days a week minimum.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Update Variation trackers
- Update Pipeline tracker
- Monitor Projects email inbox
- Chase for updates from PM's
- Assist PM where required
- Send RTI's for Final Account's to Finance
- Review monthly WIP report
- Create / update SEAM folders
- Meeting minutes
- Chase up contractor quote requests
- Update Planned Lifecycle Tracker
- Monthly report variations information to send to contract admin team
- Populate Team meeting slides
- CAFM form input data
Hours of Work
- Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Experience
- Previous similar or relevant experience of working with clients & end users
- Exceptional levels of customer service
- Knowledge of Concept - Desirable
- Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA's and KPI's.
- Experience within the FM industry
- Microsoft Office IT Skills intermediate
- Undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/applications and interims
- Demonstrable experience in similar customer facing or service provider role.
- Able to multi task in a high pressured environment
