As we continue to grow globally, we are introducing a new role: Senior Consulting Manager. This role strengthens our consulting and pre-sales team and will support us in our strategy to grow the pipeline for 2026 and beyond.
We’re looking for a Senior Consulting Manager to join our growing team, someone who combines deep consulting experience with a commercial mindset and a passion for emerging technology. As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will support the strategic goals of the organisation, helping to identify and generate long-term commercial opportunities, working closely with our colleagues across solutions and technology to shape opportunities for our key GTM areas.
Role Overview
As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will drive high-impact consulting engagements withsupport of our sales teams in go-to-market activities, and contribute to business development through pipeline generation and partner collaboration. You’ll bring strategic insight and hands-on experience from prior consulting roles, with the ability to work across multiple industries and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a consulting firm or a similar client-facing role, understands the commercial and delivery sides of engagements, and is excited by the potential of blockchain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting Delivery
- Lead and deliver billable consulting engagements including discovery workshops, blockchain strategy advisory, and Web3 advisory.
- Responsible for managing client portfolios and shaping engagements, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of consulting engagements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell technology solutions developed by our colleagues across solutions and technology.
- Support technical delivery teams with client context and ongoing advisory input for solution delivery.
Sales & Pre-Sales Support
- Partner with the sales team to shape and position blockchain solutions for clients.
- Contribute to and lead RFP responses, proposals, pitch decks, and workshops.
- Translate client challenges into consulting offerings and statements of work.
Business Development
- Generate and qualify new consulting opportunities through your network, industry engagement (e.g., events and speaking opportunities), or partner collaboration.
- Support go-to-market strategies across our core areas: financial services, entertainment, and public sector.
- Identify and build relationships with partners to expand solution offerings and reach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years in consulting roles, ideally at a consulting firm or in a client-facing solutions capacity.
- Proven experience in delivering billable consulting engagements, involving strategic advisory, technology enablement, or transformation work.
- Demonstrated pre-sales support experience, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot and shape new business opportunities.
- Experience working with or selling to clients in financial services, entertainment, or public sector.
- Familiarity with blockchain and related technologies is preferred; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in a hybrid environment.
