We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across various sectors. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through social media management, networking, and other channels to build a robust talent pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
- Utilise ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and advise on best recruitment strategies
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools for client relationship management and sales activities
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding procedures
- Keep abreast of industry trends and utilise social media platforms for employer branding and candidate engagement
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation within a recruitment or human resources environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong relationship management skills to foster trust with clients and candidates alike
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and social media management tools for recruitment purposes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques relevant to recruitment consultancy roles
- Organised approach with attention to detail in record keeping and candidate tracking
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and recruitment tools
