We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team in a brand-new role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on our business. As this is a newly created role, you will have the rare opportunity to shape and define the future of our brand from the ground up. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, establishing best practices, and creating a strong and distinctive brand presence.
At M3 Media, we partner with luxury, lifestyle, and sport brands to create bold, high-impact campaigns that cut through the noise. Our clients include world-class names in horse racing, equestrian, and premium consumer brands - and we're growing fast.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, implementing and owning a comprehensive marketing strategy across the company and multiple clients.
- Working closely with each part of the business to create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve results.
- Implement and optimise paid social media and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with our brand values as well as our client.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Marketing manager ( With a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with managing a team.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A drivers license and car.
