Job Role
Deliver Capital Footways Programme in line with Contractors Plan, ensuring works are planned, permitted, delivered, costed, and all value claimed whilst adhering to H&S rules/policies.
Duties
- Programme and manage footway works
- Site supervision
- Site measurement
- Produce CDM construction phase plans then ensure all safety procedures carried out on site
- Undertake site inspections/inductions prior to work starting
- Assist in preparation of weekly cost and value reports.
- Manage subcontractors on site
- Provide ECI to client/designer
- Produce and adhere to works programme
