Altrad Generation are looking to add to our experienced sales team at the Manchester depot by recruiting a new Internal Sales Representative.
Altrad Generation Manchester specialise in the supply of scaffolding and access products to the construction industry throughout the Northwest, supporting both local and National clients.

As an Internal Sales Representative for Altrad Generation, you will be responsible for quoting enquiries, processing orders, qualifying leads and providing support for the External Sales Team.
Responsibilities and duties:
- You will be expected to help achieve budgeted turnover and targets within agreed Company pricing.
- Liaise with customers over the phone and face to face at the hire desk
- All customer enquires must be dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
- Maintain company CRM at all times for all existing and potential customers.
- To be fully competent in product literature, sales aids, pricing lists to optimise business opportunities.
- All price quotations or commitments entered into are confirmed by letter or written confirmation.
- Advise the Branch Manager for marketing information, including competitor’s activities and pricing by means of weekly reports and sales meetings.
Qualifications and skills needed to be considered for the role:
- Able to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS
- Ability to negotiate
- Using your own initiative
- Effectively plan and execute
