Your Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse colleagues
- Managing team performance, training, and wellbeing
- Supporting reporting, performance tracking, and data analysis
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards

- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP
- Lean methodologies, project work, or process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Experience improving efficiency, engagement, or cost performance
