Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Create classic and signature cocktails to the highest standard
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Provide engaging and attentive service, building rapport with guests
- Handle guest enquiries and make recommendations confidently
- Upsell drinks and promote menu items to maximise revenue opportunities
- Manage stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimise wastage
- Process orders accurately using the POS system
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service operations
