We're excited to announce the reopening of I Love Café a well known local café that's loved by people and the wider community. As we reopen, we're bringing back the welcoming atmosphere everyone knows, with an even more vibrant setting, outstanding customer service, and a fresh, energetic team.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic All-Round Café Team Member who takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours & Days
I Love Café operates a structured trading week from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm. The café is closed on Sundays and Mondays, giving all team members consistent days off to support a healthy work life balance.
Shifts will be scheduled within trading hours, and flexibility during busy periods is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to a high standard.
- Prepare and serve food while following food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with the preparation, presentation, and serving of our homemade cakes and baked goods.
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic café environment at all times.
- Keep tables, counters, kitchen areas, and customer areas clean and presentable.
- Restock ingredients, drinks, packaging, and other supplies as required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow health and safety, food hygiene, and company procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards.
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, stock shortages, or concerns to management.
- Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects the I Love Café brand.

- Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential full training will be provided.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
