Job Summary:
Nobel Farm Agriculture & Food Solutions Ltd is looking for an Agribusiness Operations Manager to oversee agricultural and food-related operations, improve supply chain performance, and support sustainable business growth.
This position is ideal for an experienced agriculture, food production, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, managing suppliers, and delivering reliable products and services.
You will work closely with farming partners, food producers, suppliers, logistics providers, customers, and internal teams to support efficient operations from sourcing through delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily agribusiness, agricultural supply, and food operations.
- Lead, support, and develop operational team members.
- Coordinate purchasing, production planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
- Build productive relationships with farms, growers, food producers, suppliers, and commercial partners.
- Monitor product availability, quality, operating costs, and delivery performance.
- Support forecasting, stock planning, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs.
- Help maintain product quality, traceability, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, quality, and customer service teams.
- Resolve supply, production, inventory, and delivery issues.
- Support seasonal planning, new product introductions, and business growth initiatives.
- Contribute to responsible sourcing and sustainability improvement projects.
- Help ensure company policies, health and safety procedures, and relevant food or agricultural standards are followed.
Requirements:
- Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, food production, food distribution, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or a related operations role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational activities.
- Good understanding of suppliers, inventory, logistics, production, or distribution.
- Comfortable working with budgets, forecasts, reports, and performance indicators.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing a team, project, site, or operational workstream is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food quality, agricultural products, or supply chain processes is welcomed.
- Degree, professional qualification, or equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
- Commercially aware, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.
