We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the restaurant and hospitality sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the food service industry.
Responsibilities
● Identify and secure new business opportunities
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
● Represent the company at events, and networking functions to build brand awareness
● Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
● Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers, franchisor, chefs, and restaurant owners
● Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with existing and prospective clients
● Provide regular business reviews and performance reports to senior stakeholders
● Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and activity reports
● Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategy with business objectives
● Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Leading negotiations, monitoring marketing trends and competitor activity.
Skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
