Join the Rand family — Full-Time Barista & Hospitality Team Member Leeds Uni (LS2), Leeds City Centre (LS1) & Roundhay (LS8)
We're Rand Coffee Roastery — an independent specialty roastery and café rooted in the Leeds community. We're looking for full-time team members to join us across our city centre and Roundhay locations.
All interviews, trails and training will be placed at our Roundhay branch.
We are looking for experienced baristas who care about a good cup — but the coffee is only half of it. We want warm, switched-on people who take initiative, remember faces, and understand that a café is somewhere regulars come to feel at home. Customer service isn't a box we tick here, it's everything.
No role at Rand is above or below any other. Everyone mucks in, learns from each other, and pulls in the same direction. We just need you to show up with a good attitude and be ready to be part of that.
The essentials:
- Barista experience
- Weekend availability
- Flexible across multiple Leeds sites
- A people person who can also hold their own independently
- Someone who acts rather than waits to be asked
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds LS8 2AL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Barista : 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
