Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly desirable, though full training will be provided for the right applicant. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Change bed linens and replenish amenities as required
- Ensure all communal areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared facilities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to organisational standards and procedures for cleaning tasks
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work flexibly according to scheduled shifts, including early mornings or late evenings if required
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage is advantageous
