About the Role
This business is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join their growing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys providing administrative support, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy business environment. This is a full time position running Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and diary management where necessary.
- Process and update information on internal systems.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects.
- Ensure company records and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Assist with data entry and information management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
Pay: £12.71-£12.98 per hour
