Duties
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials for each appointment
- Support patients by providing clear instructions and addressing their concerns with empathy
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Sterilize and organize dental tools to uphold hygiene standards and practice efficiency
- Help manage appointment schedules, ensuring smooth workflow and timely patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to facilitate seamless operations
