Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are noted
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house space
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to keep operations smooth and efficient
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Strong guest service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food handling practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn about menu items, wine pairings, and upselling techniques
