Role Overview:

Responsible for coordinating internal functions to facilitate recommendations on global product strategies within the business

Drives execution of agreed recommendations for global products strategies.

Review/adjust product strategies as new assumptions arise.

Facilitate ad hoc business cases for new business interest from the sales team.

Tracks changes in assumptions for global product strategies as well as key launches for the business.

Makes recommendations to the sales team for product allocation decisions globally.

Demands scenario planning for global product strategies (including High/Medium/Low scenarios).

Supports sales team with forecasting monthly reports and sensitivity tracking as required.

Supports sales team on new launch demand planning for legacy products as well as pipeline launches.

Liaise internally to support sales team with customer technical needs.

Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) process involving legacy products.

Coordinates with the internal SMEs for all technical requests such as RFI, technical packages, GMP statements, etc.

Supports customer visits as needed.

To carry out/ take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in Chemistry or related scientific field

Master’s in business administration
-
Extensive experience in a commercial/technical support role
-
Strong technical, problem solving, and communication skills
-
Working knowledge of production facilities/analytical/regulatory
