We are looking for professional, reliable, and experienced SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to provide security support at an upcoming event.
The successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors. You will be expected to maintain a professional presence, manage access and entry points, monitor the event area, and respond appropriately to any incidents or security concerns.
SIA Event Security Staff Required
We are recruiting SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team for event security work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing access and entry points
- Checking and monitoring visitors where required
- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
- Monitoring the event and identifying potential security or safety concerns
- Assisting with crowd management and maintaining good order
- Responding professionally to incidents and dealing with challenging situations when required
- Supporting the event team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff
- Completing any required security checks and reporting incidents appropriately
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Previous event security experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good awareness of security and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work event-based shifts
Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
