We are seeking a Decentralised Energy Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our energy and innovation programmes across our housing portfolio.
This position can be based from any of our office locations.
Reporting to the Energy Ecosystem Manager, you will manage and coordinate projects including Solar PV, EV charging, battery storage, heat networks and other emerging energy technologies.
We are looking for someone with experience in using intelligence programmes whilst working with internal teams, contractors and external partners to deliver safe, compliant and resident-focused solutions that support our sustainability and ideal home and place ambitions, and long-term energy strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven ability and/or experience in the following:

Delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.

Applying technical knowledge of low-carbon energy systems and electrical infrastructure.

Managing contractors, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Analysing performance data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and delivery of net zero objectives.
