We are looking to recruit two caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Support Workers to join our friendly team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with varying support needs.
- Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities where required.
- Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social and recreational activities.
- Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.
- Work positively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.

Working Pattern

- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and nights.
- Alternate weekend working is required.
- Sleep-in shifts may be required
