Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress front of house server to join our dynamic restaurant team.
The alcohol license requires all applicants to be aged 18+
3 Years+ Previous experience in a restaurant environment is a must.
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and effectively communicate with guests will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellent srvice & hospitality.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional guest service at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Experience
- 3 Years+ Previous experience in a restaurant environment is a must.
- Experience with barista-style coffee machines is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- A keen understanding of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining high standards in service delivery.
